Jobs & Recruit Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Fininvo Jobs (job seekers) and Fininvo Recruit (employers and recruiters), on web and mobile. It supplements the platform-wide Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service.

• Provide accurate information in your profile and applications.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent or duplicate applications at scale.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
• Do not use the platform to solicit, scam or harass employers or other users.

• Use candidate data only to evaluate that candidate for the role they applied to, or the role you sourced them for.
• Protect candidate data with industry-standard safeguards and restrict access to those who need it.
• Do not disclose a candidate's job-seeking activity to their current employer.
• Do not sell candidate data or use it for unrelated marketing.
• Retain candidate data only as long as needed and in line with applicable law.

Recruiter messaging and outreach are subject to fair-use limits to protect candidates from spam. Outreach must be relevant to the candidate, must not be bulk unsolicited messaging, and must honour opt-out requests. We may rate-limit or restrict accounts that exceed reasonable outreach volumes.

• Reviews and salary submissions must reflect genuine first-hand experience and must not be incentivised, coerced or fabricated.
• Employers must not retaliate against, or attempt to identify, reviewers, and must not solicit only positive reviews or offer anything of value for reviews.
• Community content must not disclose confidential information, trade secrets or another person's personal data.
• We may verify, moderate or remove community content, and repeated abuse leads to loss of posting privileges.

Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-extract listings, candidate profiles, reviews or salary data by automated means. Employers may export their own applicant data through the product's export features only. Automated interaction (bots, bulk appliers, auto-messagers) is prohibited on both the seeker and recruiter sides.

Report suspicious listings, fee-charging "employers", harassment or data misuse to support@fininvo.com or via the in-product report control. Reports are triaged within 2 business days; listings that appear fraudulent on their face are prioritised for same-day review.
