Jobs Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fininvo Jobs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms supplement the platform-wide Terms of Service.

You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access.
• You are liable for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@fininvo.com.

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information in your profile, resume and applications.
• Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, education or certifications.
• Do not submit fraudulent, spam or duplicate applications.
• Do not use disposable or temporary email addresses.
• Do not scrape, harvest or collect data from the Platform by automated means.
• Use the Platform only for genuine job seeking.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations, with or without notice.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Prashbi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, profile data). By uploading, you grant Fininvo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process and share your content solely to operate the Platform and facilitate applications.

Fininvo connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or offer, the accuracy of employer listings, or the outcome of any recruitment process. Employment decisions are made solely by hiring companies, and Fininvo is not a party to any employment relationship. We do not display fabricated match percentages or opaque candidate scores; any indication of fit is qualitative.

When you apply, your profile is shared with that employer for that role only, as described in the Jobs Privacy Policy. Employers are contractually prohibited from disclosing your job-seeking activity to your current employer.

• In-platform messaging with a recruiter opens only after you have applied and progressed in that employer's process, or where you have accepted an outreach.
• Recruiter outreach is subject to fair-use limits; you can opt out of further messages from a recruiter or employer, and we honour opt-outs.
• Do not use messaging to harass, solicit for unrelated commercial purposes, or exchange payments. Report abusive messages via the in-product report control or support@fininvo.com.
• We may review messages that are reported or flagged by automated abuse detection, and may preserve and disclose them where required by law.

• Company reviews and salary submissions must reflect your genuine experience, must not be incentivised or coerced, and must not contain confidential information or personal attacks.
• Do not post reviews of your own company, a competitor of your employer at their direction, or in exchange for payment.
• Salary insights we display are aggregated from user submissions and public sources and are estimates, not guarantees of compensation.
• We may moderate, verify, remove or decline to publish community content at our discretion, and complaints are handled under the IP & Copyright Complaints Policy and the Grievance process below.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing any user or employer.
• Uploading malicious files, viruses or harmful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts.
• Circumventing security measures, rate limits or access controls.
• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Posting false, misleading or defamatory content.
• Soliciting users for commercial purposes unrelated to job seeking.

We use automated systems to detect duplicate applications, fraudulent profiles and misuse, including resume comparison, name similarity analysis and disposable-email detection. Applications flagged as duplicate or fraudulent may be rejected and accounts may be suspended.

• The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid Fininvo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for employer actions, hiring decisions or the accuracy of postings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform, other users or employers. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law survive.

For complaints about content, listings, messages or how the Platform treated you, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@fininvo.com. Consistent with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules and the DPDP framework, we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days (contact legal@fininvo.com) are referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat and venue Bengaluru, India, language English, consistent with the platform-wide Terms of Service; the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka retain supervisory jurisdiction, including for interim relief. We may modify these Terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect.
