Jobs Privacy Policy

Fininvo Jobs (the "Platform"), operated by Prashbi Global Services Pvt. Ltd., is committed to protecting the personal data of job seekers and employers. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information, and supplements the platform-wide Privacy Policy.

Account information: name, email, phone and password when you register.

Profile information: resume, work experience, education, certifications, skills, salary expectations, location preferences and professional links.

Application data: job applications you submit, including cover letters and uploaded documents.

Usage data: pages visited, search queries, job views, browser and device information, IP address and session duration.

Messaging data: messages you exchange with recruiters through the Platform, retained to deliver the conversation and to investigate reported abuse.

Community content: company reviews and salary submissions you choose to make, which may be published in anonymised or aggregated form.

Google sign-in data: if you sign in via Google, we receive only your name, email and profile picture. We do not access your Google contacts, email or drive files.

• Surface relevant job opportunities.
• Communicate application status and platform notifications.
• Detect and prevent fraud, duplicate applications and misuse.
• Improve performance, features and experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations, and with your consent for optional processing such as analytics cookies and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time as easily as you gave it. Under India's DPDP Act 2023 we act as a Data Fiduciary for your seeker account.

With employers: when you apply, your profile (name, email, phone, resume, experience, education, skills) is shared with the hiring company for that role only. We do not share your data with companies you have not applied to.

Service providers: we use trusted providers (AWS, Google, payment gateways) for hosting, storage and processing, bound by data protection agreements.

Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or court order.

Corporate transactions: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the successor, bound to honour this policy; we notify you of any such transfer.

We never sell your personal data for marketing or advertising, and employers cannot browse your profile or learn of your job-seeking activity unless you apply.

Your account and profile data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Applications shared with employers may be retained by those employers under their own policies.

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Passwords hashed with a strong algorithm.
• Token-based authentication with short-lived access tokens.
• Rate limiting on authentication endpoints.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Your data is hosted primarily in India. Where a service provider processes data in another country, the transfer is protected by data processing agreements and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses, and occurs only to countries not restricted under the DPDP Act. • Access your personal data on the Platform.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete profile information.
• Delete your account and personal data.
• Export your profile data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
• Object to automated decision-making or profiling.

Under the DPDP Act and IT Act you may raise any personal data concern with our Grievance Officer at grievance@fininvo.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days; if unsatisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. Full details are in the platform-wide Privacy Policy.

Fininvo Jobs is intended for users of legal working age and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child's data has been collected, we delete it promptly.

Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice, the version and dates at the top of this page are updated, and where a change requires it we refresh your consent (including the in-app acknowledgement on mobile).
